Its not a supp first off. 2nd from what I recall of the Hcg protocol diet it requires very very little cals like super low, and sub-q injections. if she goes on it be prepared to hate life esp if she likes to eat and thats why she wants to drop the lbs

Losing 20lbs in 3 weeks does not seem safe & easy, esp. if you plan on keeping it off. I'm not saying there aren't people out there that have done it with long term results, but the only people I personally know who have lost 20+lbs and kept it off did so at a much slower rate.
I'm amenable to being corrected by those who know better, but I think reasonable & safe would amount to 2-3lbs lost per week through appropriate dietary shift, weight training and cardio.Focus, concentrate, lift, rest adequately, repeat. No talking.
The only way you will get smarter is by playing a smarter opponent.
The only way you will get stronger is by training with a stronger partner.
If you need to grunt while moving some heavy ass weight in the gym, go for it. I probably can't hear you anyway since I have some Black Sabbath turned to 11 in my ears.
But grunting in the locker room, especially from behind a stall door, is just fooking disturbing. Please refrain.

I work with a lady that is currently doing 2 shots a week of it.. She has lost 70 lbs in the past 6 months. She is taking that, plus doing an extremely low cal diet.. in my opinion, it doesnt seem that healthy. her diet is 2 protein shakes a day, plus a weight watchers meal for dinner, and a lot of water.. thats pretty much it. she does the injections 2 times a week upon waking up. She raves about it, but it seems pretty extreme

WTF She is willing to risk the dangers and complications of surgery when shes 5`4 @ 135? That is "TINY", my girl is 5`0 110, and she is tiny as hell. Aint much difference there bro.. Does she have a specific problem area, loose skin from pregnancy, etc? that she wants gone? That I could understand because problems like that can really affect your mentally. It doesn't matter how much weight you lost, if you have saggy skin, u will never be proud of yourself. I see it at the gym i work at all the time.

did Oprah recommend this or did Kevin Trudeau?
People are losing weight on it because of the calorie restriction NOT because of the injections.
From the quick research I found there are "pregnancy-like" symptoms, nausea tender breasts, etc.
just tell her to do an experiment. While her friends are injecting and eating 500 calories a day... tell your lady to eat 1200-1500 and do some cardio 6 days a week. I bet she comes out on top and more toned as well."An army is a team. It lives, eats, sleeps, fights as a team. This individuality stuff is a bunch of bull$hi?." - General George Patton Jr

if you want to put her on anything maybe ECA but start dosing slow and be smart about it. You can pick up Bronkaid which has the ephedrine in it online.
