Hey fellas
I just wanted to hear your guys opinion on whether any of you work your arms twice a week. I currently work my arms once a week. Some of my fellas in the weightroom work their arms twice a week and they make my arms look like pea-shooters. I would think that training them twice a week would overtrain them majorly. Give me your opinions or experiences. Thanks guys.

Biceps, for example, are the fastest muscle to recup (48 hrs I think). So, if you wanted to train them twice a week, provided you are eating and sleeping properly, and you space the workouts far enough apart, I'm sure you'd be fine. Personally, on occasion I will do bis or tris twice a week because I feel that my arms need more work than anything else.

Mannnnn, in offseason football we lift weights 3 times a week and run 2. Don't beleive me. We had 6 guys sign to play college football and others could but wanted to play baseball. We were also undefeated in powerlifting this year and had 4 guys go to state. We are a 3a team and go far in the football playoffs.
P.S. One of the powerlifting meets was a 5a meet and we still won!
