Hi. I live on a college campus and my eateries don't open until 4. I just did a hardcore workout and need something to replenish my body. I usually take a muscle milk and a naked juice after my workouts and I believe that that has helped me tremendously, as I have gained tremendous gains in a one week period of me return to bodybuilding. All I have right now is vending machines. I got an orange juice thinking that some sugar would be could for my insulin. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?
And it would be very interesting if you could tell me if and why the muscle milk and naked juice have been turning me into super woman as of lately . Thanks
