and in essense im cutting. would this be an ok preworkout meal?
mixing choc whey,water,and some oats?

1.5 scoops chocolate whey
3 Tbs Peanut Butter
and like 1/8th a cup of milk (if that much is needed to make a pudding like consistency)
1 banana sliced into like 10 slices then cut those in half.
Throw whole mix in the fridge (Or freezer if you're impatient) for 10 minutes (3-4 minutes in freezer).
