    ive been reading some of the sludge recipes...

    and in essense im cutting. would this be an ok preworkout meal?
    mixing choc whey,water,and some oats?

    thats not sludge brah...but yes its perfect pre workout

    My fav pre workout snack:

    1/2 cup oats
    1 scoop vanilla whey
    Cinnamon
    2-3 tsp smuckers maple (sugar free syrup 25 cal for 1/4 cup/9carbs) or walden farms 0 cal pancake syrup.

    Microwave. Eat. Enjoy.

    A basic recipe goes something like this:

    1 scoop whey
    2 Tbs. peanut butter
    enough water to mix it into a batter/paste

    That's it.
    Past: 330lbs in May 2005. Competed at 154 at Unified National Armwrestling Championship in June 2009.

    1.5 scoops chocolate whey
    3 Tbs Peanut Butter
    and like 1/8th a cup of milk (if that much is needed to make a pudding like consistency)
    1 banana sliced into like 10 slices then cut those in half.

    Throw whole mix in the fridge (Or freezer if you're impatient) for 10 minutes (3-4 minutes in freezer).

    Nope. Whey and PB ....mixed...that's it.

    To make a brownie all you do is mix the same way and microwave for a min 10-15 seconds.
