Hello bro's,
I just started back again and this time i am trying to do everything right. I've been bulking for the past 2 months and gained about 10 pounds but did notice big gains on the belly.
Here is my diet:
Breakfast
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
4 egg whites 3 full egg
1 banana
Orange Juice
Snack
6 ounce brown rice
1.5 can tuna
3 ounce veggies
Water
Lunch
6 ounce brown rice
6 ounce ground beef
6 ounce veggies
Water
Snack
Banana
Diner
6 ounce rice
6 ounce chicken
6 ounce veggies
Orange Juice
Preworkout
2 scoops whey protein
During workout
1.5 scoops xtend bcaa
Postworkout
2 scoops whey + 0.5 scoops carbs
I also take a multivitamin and fish-oil capsule in the morning and at night
My totals minus the veggies:
Carbs: 313
Fat: 94.25
Protein: 265
Cals: 2900
Should i continue to bulk for a few more months and then cut or should i just cut right away and drop by bf% bellow 20?
My Stats
Age: 23
Weight: 190
BF%: ??
Height: 5'10"
My strength isnt that great either, i can squat max 195 and can rep 175. I do dbl bench and do 45.. just giving you guys an idea of how weak i am lol.

I really dont care how i look for the summer because i know if i continue with this bulk for a little while longer i'll have better results after i cut. How long did you bulk for and what was your weight before and after?
I know what you mean and i think about this every day.. I weigh 190 right now so i'm thinking i should maybe bulk for 2 more months until 200 and then start a super clean cut and then start another super clean bulk. I'm guessing i could put on another 5+ lbs of muscle mass in 2 months and i'll look better once done cutting.
Can anyone guesstimate my BF%?

def cut. then Slow bulk. you put on like 6-8 pounds of fat in 2 months. should bulk slower after the cut. goodluck

Tell me about it, all my fat goes to my belly and ass... so my body shape is really weird. So you suggesting i eat above maintenance and add in some cardio?
I did rippetoe's a year ago and managed to get to 225 on squat and improved a lot from all my other lifts. Maybe i'll just go back to rippetoes and take in a calorie deficit so i can shed some fat and at least increase my strength.
