Training for a Bench Press Competition

So I signed up for a bench press competition and we had the prelims today. They don't matter because everyone makes it to the finals anyways. The finals are in a month and I've been doing my regular Upper/Lower routine Mon Tues Thurs Fri. I'm trying to find a new way to get my max bench up. I want to keep doing upper/lower if possible. But right now my routine looks like this:

    Monday: Upper
    Flat BB Bench: 10,8,6,4
    Incline DB Bench: 3x8
    Single Arm DB Row: 3x8
    Lat Pull downs: 3x8
    Side Lateral Raises: 3x12

    Tuesday: Lower
    Squat: 5x5
    SLDL:3x8
    Calf Raise: 4x12
    DB Lunges: 3x10
    Decline Sit ups: 4x12

    Thursday: Upper
    Bent Over Row: 10,8,6,4
    Pull ups: 3x10
    Incline BB Bench: 3x8
    Flat DB Bench: 3x8
    Rear lateral Raise: 4x12

    Friday: Lower
    Deadlift : 4x5
    Squat (light): 3x8
    Hack Squats: 3x8
    Calf Raise: 3x15
    Leg Lifts: 4x12

I was thinking of changing my Upper Thursday portion to this:
    Flat BB Bench (heavy): 4x5
    Military BB Press: 3x8
    Bent Over Row: 10,8,6,4
    Pull ups: 3x10
    Rear lateral Raise: 4x12

Any thoughts or anyone with experience in Bench Competitions? Right now I'm 145lbs and I've maxed at 265lbs. Honestly, when I did 265 it wouldn't have passed the rules for the bench competition. So I'm trying to be more strict with it especially on Thursdays when I go heavy.
