    Thanks Blindead, I tried to make a chat thread a few months ago but it backfired and I just deleted it.

    Today is monday which means tonight is my gym night. I did chest, Back, and Biceps on Friday. Wednesday is my Leg day so I'm thinking Abs, Chest, and maybe arms tonight.

    I kinda just follow my own routine. I HATE doing legs but I do it once a week to stay proportional. You know, deadlifts, squats, etc.. I usually do 2 upperbody workouts in a row and then 1 leg workout. My chest and arms aren't sore anymore, just trying to finalize what excercises And muscle groups I want to hit tonight before I get to the gym.

    Yeah, I don't have muscle groups that correspond to particular days of the week either. I just have arm/shoulder day, leg day, back day, and chest day and I basically do what I want to do on a particular day as long as the muscles have had time to recover. Ab and cardio stuff is mixed in to taste.

    don't you think that's just a little much to do all at once?


    granted I personally enjoy high volume myself but when I was lifting more conventionally I try to only do two things a day, chest/back biceps/triceps shoulders/legs. And then I'd repeat that.

    But hey, if what you're doing works for, you go for.

    Chest is my favorite group to workout. If Im doing upperbody, I can't leave without doing some bench, which has increased dramatically since I started working out. When I got regular in the gym again, my 5 rep max on bench was 95 and I've increased to 150 for 5 reps on flat bench and 160 for 5 reps on decline bench.

    That's how I train right now because I can't handle any heavy weight or volume. I just hope that some light high rep stuff as a semi-full routine is decent rehab. I haven't been making any headway but going back to a bodypart split just aggravated my tendinitis. I've kept off my right knee for months and it still doesn't feel any better. I have the worst injuries.

    I take fish oil, flax oil, bromelaine, circumin, glucosamine, chondroitin, boswellia resin extract and NSAIDs for my joints.

    Not working all that great so far lulz.

    I take fish oil, but with my eye more toward the cardiovascular benefits of Omega-3. I hate that my burps taste like old fish after I take the gelcaps though.

    I feel i've made great progress. I started around late October and have gained 20 pounds since then. I'm trying to bulk and I know my biggest problem is not eating enough. I've always been skinny and i'm sick of being skinny.
