    just got my animal cuts, i will give this product a try, lets c how it goes, i think i will try it for like 2wks and c if it works for me.

    animal cuts seem to work pretty good for me should for you too. they all so don't have as much caffeine in them as hardcore x

    Day 22:

    Breakfast:
    1hr before breakfast - Animal Cuts
    oatmeal(1tbsp of brown sugar, dry mix fruits, granola)

    Snack:
    banana

    Lunch:
    Had a 5, 5 dollars, 5 dollars foot long!
    whole whey, chicken breast, NO cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, cumcuber, lite mayo, lite salt and peppers

    animal cuts

    Dinner:
    Tuna sandwich, the usual...

    WORKOUT:
    Monday - Chest
    Bench press 4sets highest 140lbs
    incline bench press 4sets highest 140lbs
    decline bench press - i can't never do more than like 35plates yet.
    butterfly - 4 sets 134lbs was my highest

    Cardio
    1hr treadmill, burned about 1100+ calories(according to the machine)

    i just love chest workout, i think it might be my fave one but damn, i cant do incline bench press yet, why can i lift 140lbs flat bench and i can only do 70 in incline?? its a lil weird to me! anyways, im feeling really good after my workout, i feel like i kicked some mayor cardio's ass today. Animal cuts was A WHOLE LOT better than what i expected, Hydroxycut used to drive me crazy but this one is pretty good! let's see how it goes by the end of the week.

    i try to mix it up a lil when im on the treadmill, i start like this, 3.3 or 3.4 speed @ 12 incline for the first 20mins, then i push it up to 15 incline for 10mins, then i do some low intensity for 5mins, then i fat's peoples version of HIIT for 10mins, then 5 to 10 more mins of incline, either 12 or 15 then last 5mins of slow speed and incline. i like to keep my heart rate at 160-180 for the whole hr.

    by the end i just want to sit for 4hrs str8.

    Haha yeah.. I like playing basketball sometimes for my cardio. It's fun and a good exercise.

    WW toast, lite butter, 2-3 eggs whites, tomatoes, lite salt n pepper.(damn it was good)
    1cup of coffee( no sugar, used equal)

    Snack:
    banana

    Lunch:
    salad(chicken, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, egg whites, balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper)


    Dinner:
    1cup of white rice, grilled spicy chicken and 1cup of veggies


    WORKOUT:
    AM: Cardio - 1hr treadmill - burned 1200+ calories(according to the treadmill)

    Tuesday - back
    5 workouts too tired to type it all

    PM: Cardio - 45mins treadmill(LIIS)i think burned 700+ calories

    Comments - I loved cardio in the morning, will try to do it going forward, at least 3x per week.

    If youre not losing weight, try the ATKINS diet. It really worked for me.

    You eat too many carbs, everything has carbs, fruits, bread (BIG NO NO), oatmeal, everything except tuna and chicken breast, and probably red meat, so cut ur carbs out, theyll just absorb fat into your body, but while doing so eat more fatty foods, like eggs fried in olive oil... i use to eat like 2 or 3 for breakfast (without any bread or anything on da side).. that will give u protein and help ur body feel like its getting its food so it wont go in starvation mode

    overall remember its in ur mind, u have to try to resist temptation and realise that its not worth eating the junk food for a moments of pleasure wen it'll just sabotage ur diet

    no one said that im not losing weight...thanks for the advice, i know i eat somewhat of a lot of carbs but i also need my energy for the gym, which i need cuz i bust my ass at the gym... the only thing im trying to not have is fat...carbs i need and i burn. when i get stock i will adjust, i can fix what's not broken yet...

    is it ok when you weigh yourself in the morning and you are whatever number (277.8), then eat very good for the day, at more than 500 deficit, workout hard, do cardio 2x on that day(am and pm), 1:45mins total of intense cardio and lift heavy and be the same weight next day in the morning? not even -.1???? it just doesnt look right

    Yeah it is probably fine. The body fluctuates, especially water retention. That is why it is recommended to weigh once a week, because it can be discouraging to work hard then see nothing the next morning because of water or waste in your body.

    thanks buddy, i will try to not pay as much attention to the scale anymore.

    on another note, elliptical sucks balls, i just feel like its not a natural movement, it feels a lil weird to me so im sticking to treadmill, i just wanted to try something else, it just didnt make the cut.

    Either machine is fine, just make sure to get your cardio in.

    yea, the scale plays tricks on you if you are lifting weights too. The mirror should be your main judge on how you are doing with shaping up your body. Keep it up man, you are doing great!
