*mix all your dry ingrediants in GIANT mixing bowl (oats, flax seed, coco powder, almonds, coconut, salt).
**Mix Splenda brown sugar with 1/2 cup water, and 3/4 cup sugar free syrup in microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 5 minutes or untill splenda is completely disolved and super hot.
*** Combine dry ingrediants, with hot syrup mixture, and add chocolate extract at this time.... keep mixing till all ingrediants are completely combined.
****spread mixture over 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper, place in oven for roughly 1 hour or untill granola is dried out.
Each 30 gram serving :
Calories: 130

protein: 3.5 grams
enjoy and use sparingly as the calories can add up quick with granola...makes for a good afternoon snack before you hit the gym.
