Anyone used those?
Im on week 3 of my cut and so far lost 18 pounds all by myself... I was given a sample at my local nutrition shop and tried em out for 2 days..The guy enevr told me it suppressed apetite and as i am already on a 1800 calorie intake and im at 6"1 , 215 pounds right now, I had nausea at my 10:00 AM Chicken brocoli meal and couldnt eat the damn thing... Same at supper... This cant be healthy no? I mean I hate half my chicken breast and half a cup of brocoli and felt sick.
I dont plan on taking them as I dont wanna go any lower calorie wise.
Anyone ever used them? Results.. pics? Suggestions/Comments?

Please mr know it all tell me where i said I lost 6 pounds a week for three weeks?!?
I started my cut at 232 pounds and was taking sizeon and anabolic signal for a month before.
First week i went from 232 to 219
Second week I went from 219 to 217
Third week from 217 to 214
I was given those at my nutrition shop and gave them a try...Had nausea and asking if thats normal. Also saying that losing more would be unhealthy and i didnt plan on using them.
Have a little look at my pics and youll see that I have alot to lose... hence why im losing fast. Also at the gym 2.5 hours a day.2013/08/15 - 220 lbs

LOL You crack me up!
Since when 13 + 2 + 3 = 6 pounds a week!???? WTF DUDE. I lost alot on the first week because of water rentention. 2-3 pounds a week is well enough for me.
And about spending 2.5 hours at the gym a day... I didnt say every day..
I work Biceps/Shoulders/Back at night for 2 hours. and half an hour LIIT at lunch one day.
Then I work Chest/ Tris/ Legs the other night for 2 hours. and half an hour LIIT at lunch.
Then one day off..
Repeat.
Works real good for me and have been for a while.
My initial Questions was plain and ****ing simple.
Has anyone else used them. Results. Pics. ?
If you havent. GTFO. If you have, Input welcome.
Other than that, My diet is just fine and so is my workout for now. After my 10 week cut.. Ill change it if I have to.

I haven't tried it for the fat burning as of yet BUT i have used it for energy for my workouts. Its potent stuff, they reccomend taking 4 caps per day and my wife could only handle 2 a day (1 in the morn, 1 in the afternoon). She tried the 4 a day and was too wired! She used to always use the ECA stack but now loves the Blade.

what on earth sort of routine takes 2hrs to complete? if you can lift for "2 hrs" in the gym, you're not lifting with enough intensity or this is some social calling for you and if thats the case, more power to you
i'd spend no more than an hour of intensity lifting, do not neglect the benefits of proper resting, recovery & stretchingEat Clean Snatch & Jerk
