Anyone used those?
Im on week 3 of my cut and so far lost 18 pounds all by myself... I was given a sample at my local nutrition shop and tried em out for 2 days..The guy enevr told me it suppressed apetite and as i am already on a 1800 calorie intake and im at 6"1 , 215 pounds right now, I had nausea at my 10:00 AM Chicken brocoli meal and couldnt eat the damn thing... Same at supper... This cant be healthy no? I mean I hate half my chicken breast and half a cup of brocoli and felt sick.
I dont plan on taking them as I dont wanna go any lower calorie wise.
Anyone ever used them? Results.. pics? Suggestions/Comments?
