Teenager pushes for a sixpack and teardrop!

    Introduction

Hey guys. I'm a 16 year old that has always been fat, typical endo body. I have been lifting for a bit over a year now, did crosscountry and swimming before that. I am very impatient, which has lead to many cut/bulk cycles for only a month or two at a time, not letting me see results.

I tried clean bulking for a month now, but I just do not enjoy life being fat (sitting at 15%) and I would love to have a sixpack for the first time in my life.

I am setting a goal date: June 17th.
Here I am visiting my friends in the USA for the first time in a year, so would love to surprise them with a great body for the beach.

Since I live at home its hard for me to follow a exact diet, so my things will change daily.

    I'm 5'8'' weighing in at 76 kg
    Aprox 16% BF

    Goals

    -9-10% BF
    -Sixpack
    -Teardrop on legs
    -Be happy with myself
    -Keep the muscle/strength I have

    How I will achieve this

-5 day weightlifting split, hitting all bodyparts twice each week.
-HIIT or cardio 2-3 days a week
-1750 calories daily (This is what I have to focus on)
    -Low carb/high protein.
-Keep my motivation high, not get depressed I am getting smaller and keep going hard until that date.
-DONT GIVE UP AHEAD OF TIME BECAUSE OF LACK OF RESULTS
-Update daily, update weekly with a picture

    Starting pic

    Diet

Todays diet is not perfect, because we didnt have any high protein food for breakfast but so far its been:

    1 cup of oats
    16 oz yoghurt
    1 scoop protein powder

Dinner will be omlet and chicken. Will stay within calories.

    Workout

    Did back/biceps today

    3x8 pullups
    3x8 vertical traction
    3x6 pulldowns
    3x8 different handle pulldown
    3x10 BB rows
    3x7 rows
    3x5 DB rows
    6x8 biceps

    misc. abs

Did a 17 min HIIT session aswell.

    Notes

I am so motivated to cut right now. I look fat as hell and I want to look good for the summer. This whole bulking thing doesnt work for me, but I know I will be demotivated in a few days, when the hunger kicks in and I am not seeing results as fast as I want.

    Workout

    Chest/shoulders/abs today
    Duration: 55 min

    3x8 DB bench
    3x8 DB incline
    3x8 Flies
    3x10 dips
    3x8 triceps
    3x8 shoulder flies
    3x8 military
    3x12 shrugs

    abs

    Diet

Had a 100% whole wheat bun for breakfast with some deli turkey.
Appe and two pieces of whole wheat bread with turkey for lunch and a pear.
30 g of whey after my workout.
Dinner will be chicken of some sort. Only at 700 cals so far, so can eat abit for dinner.

    Notes

Realised today, that maybe I will wear myself out with 5 days of weights and cardio on top of that. The weights are just supposed to help me retain muscle atm, not work as a fat loss. Might tone it down if I get really worn out in a few weeks.

I hate that I already want to bulk again cause I am so hungry and feel weak when lifting. But I know when I am walking around feeling confident with a sixpack in 4 months it will all have been worth it. Anyone else tried a situation like this?

    hey bro!
Im going through the same situation. Im also trying to bring out my abs.
The thing is when youre cutting your calorie intake is not as big as in bulking or maintenance, so your lifting isnt gonna be great, i read that it´d be around 70% as you normal lift. Dont worry about it and as soon as you start to see some nice abs you wont care about it.

By the way nice motivational pic of the day!

Hehe yeah, I know I need to keep my head high and as you said, once I finally see my abs in a few months, it will all be worth it.

You look great atm, nice and cut. I wouldn't mind being that lean, flat stomach, no fat etc. but yet no sick abs (no offence) cause that looks nice aswell. Insane cut abs can look wierd some times.

    Workout

Today I did two HIIT sessions, insted of going to do my leg workout. My lower back was sore and it was cold as **** outside, so decided not to bike to the gym and do two HIIT sessions. One was sprint, another was conditioning.

    30 sec burpees
    30 sec jacks
    30 sec mountain climbers
    30 sec burpees
    30 sec jacks
    30 sec mountain climbers
    30 sec rest
    x5

The other was 20x 60 yard sprints, all out.

    Diet

Had the same as yesterday for lunch and breakfast and snacks, havent had dinner yet, but I am guessing it will either be chilli with beans or some sort of meat. Got 1000 cals left over, so its not a big deal.

    Notes

I might need to start cutting out bread or carbs, but I think a calorie is a calorie is a calorie... might lose more with lower carbs though. Gotta stay motivated.

Hunger is kicking in now, but my strength and energy is still high. Gotta stay motivated. Was hungry all day, so had a curry dish from the cafeteria, which wasn't a good idea, as it had alot of rice which is alot of cals... Might have gone over cals today, not sure.

Did chest/tris/abs today. Also 20 min of LISS cardio.
    Duration: 1 hour 10 min

    Warmup
    3x10 dips
    3x8 DB bench
    3x6 DB incline
    3x6 Cable Flies

    Abs

    20 min LISS cardio

    Diet

Will update when I eat dinner and get a picture

    Notes

I was really looking forward to reciving my EC stack, cause it helps with hunger, and gives you enough energy to even increase lifts on a cut. Unfortunately the Bronkaid I ordered from Amazon needs an ID from me, and I'm a minor and can't scan... Not sure if it would go through the border anyways.

Looking into Animal Cuts now. Anyone have any advice or reviews?

Had a great week, will be good to chill this weekend. Gotta stay within cals! If I keep it up like this I might make it by summer

Ah man, its been good with a weekend. Had a 1 hour run yesterday and stayed within cals both days and within protein. Wasnt really hungry actually.

    Workout

Got a new insane workout partner, so workouts are long now

    Abs/biceps/back

    1 hour abs :O :O

    3x6 pulldowns
    3x10 vertical traction
    3x12 rows
    3x 6 wide rows
    3x8 DB rows

    Notes

Had a good workout, would want to workout with weights abit more, but that 1 hour abs was intense! Didnt have lunch today but had a huuuuuuuge PWO meal. Really good. Starting Animal Cuts in two weeks, got a week off next week when I go to Berlin, will eat healthy and stay within cals, and maybe do pushups/pullups in my hotel room if my friends dont think its too wierd :P

    Hehe thanks man!

Yeah, I'm not cutting out carbs, just lowering them abit. Mostly because protein fills me up and I get to eat more. And I still eat lots of veggies so its all good.

Eating around 1800 cals daily and have a strick workout regime, so its all good. Hoping to see results. I actually don't feel too low on energy and stregnth is going up, might be a good cut for once :P

    Workout

    Had a good workout today!
    Legs/cardio

Didnt feel like squatting today, and some ***s were using it, so did leg presses insted of squats.

    10 min warmup biking

9x pyramide Leg press. 1st was 9 reps, 2nd was 8, 3rd was 7 and so on. Last three were 2-3 reps.
    3x10 calves
    3x8 leg curl
    3x8 leg extension

    25 min LISS @ 155 heartrate.

    Diet

Good diet today. I am enjoying doing two big meals and a shake. I'm not really hungry anymore. I guess its like a little Warrior Diet :P

    Notes

My Animal Cuts arrived today! Really excited to see how this goes. Had to pay some shipping, but a store close by got a new package in, so if I like it and want to buy some more, I can always go there.

Wont start until after my Berlin trip next week, as I wont be able to workout at a gym and so on there.

    Update pic!

Good lighting and stuff so I look leaner than I really am.

    Workout

    Had a crappy workout today...

    Abs/back

    3x8 pullups
    3x8 vertical traction
    3x8 lats
    3x6 rows
    4x5 BB row
    3x8 lat machine row
    biceps

    abs

    Diet

    Notes

Hunger is kicking in, motivation is falling. I want to bulk cause I feel so small but I want abs... Argh. Wish I had good genes.

I don't understand why I never sweat when doing weightlifting in the gym. I never feel the pump or get vascularity either... its so wierd. Even though my intesnity is really high.

    Motivational pic of the day

Went to an event tonight where they gave out 200000$ to random people, got a few bucks but they had free sausage and coffee, so had a lattee and some meat, so went over cals today :/

Will do some more cardio tomorrow insted.

    Workout

Good workout today, did some extra cardio b/c food yesterday.

    Chest/shoulders/obliques

    45 min LISS @ 150 bpm

    3x6 bench
    3x8 incline
    3x8 machine flies
    3x8 Cable bench
    3x8 lateral shoulder
    3x6 side shoulders
    3x12 shrugs

obliques/abs (weighted) Gotta work my obliques, my body caves in just above my hips.

    Diet

Great diet today. Really enjoying the only two meal a day thing. Eggwhite omlet for breakfast, chicken/Fish with beans and avocado for dinner. Shake between workout and cardio.

    Notes

Gotta work my obliques! Will have a good restweekend, might go abit above tomorrow to refeed. Won't be updating next week, as I am going to Berlin with my school, but will try to eat one big meal a day and stay within cals. We will be walking alot, but will do some HIIT if possible and pushup/pull routine.

any reasons you dont list weights for your exercises?

nah not carb cycling, basically keeping cals the same, uping protein, doing cardio and i think lowering carbs a tad

Hmm, well my lifting has never been super high, cause I have been lifting for maybe 8 months but they have all been cutting/bulking cycles of less than a month each, so numbers never really got big. Other than that, it just takes to long to keep track of it and post it down. Its in KG over here to, so I would have to convert it + some exercises are done on machine (lat pulldown, row, cables etc.).

About the cutting, I think its all about cals, but when I lower carbs it just seems to go faster. Atleast mentally, it works better for me + meat fills me up more. I dont seem to need carbs for energy. We can cut together man You will look great when your muscles come out from the fat.

I hear ya on the whole living at home/ complicated diet bit mate. A lot of the time I just prepare my own meals throughout the day and can only munch on the veg that my mum cooks for dinner. Burns a hole in my wallet but good independence and all that.

On food though, I guess you've heard this before but it seriously looks like you're undereating. I'd be falling apart if I ate <2000 cals a day- how much weight are you losing per week?

Well I write it down on a piece of paper and remember it in my head, but I won't make much progress on a cut :/

Yeah, diet part sucks but I can work around it I think. I actually haven't lost weight yet, so I am wondering if I need to cut lower... energy hasn't been super low like on other cuts before, so this might be good, not sure though. Won't be able to get to a gym next week, which sucks, but I hope it wont stall me too much.

Good luck on your log, will seb it.

How much more do you recon I should eat? I am pretty hungry today, had all my cals in a big meal for breakfast but now I'm hungry. I thought starvation mode was at a lot lower cals...
