    Hi Guys,

trying to lost weight, and i am looking for a bit of Advice.
i started at 89.5kg a few weeks back and am now floating around 82.5-82.9kg.

    This is what i do.
    Breakfast -- Wheatbix x 2 or 3
    Can of Tuna about 10.30
Lunch which is usually some fruit and about 100grams of beef jerky,
Afternoon snack (most days) a can of tuna.
Gym for an Hour doing weights being bench, squats and various other weight based excercises and on alternate days 20-40 mins of Joggin.
    Protein Shake (30grams)

Any changes you guys would do? Suggestions?
I am paranoid that i will over eat as when i have more than that i put on weight..

Substitute a chicken breast in for one of yor tuna meals, keep hitting the weights hard and then do about 20 mins of HIIT. Have a whey protein shake right when you get up in the morning. Eat cottage cheese, drink milk or take a casein protein shake before you go to bed to minimize catabolism. Concentrate on losing 1-2 lbs on fat a week and no more because that is all your body can metabolize. Stick with it, you will see results.

    Awesome, thanks for that feedback
Any reason for having chicken breast rather than a can of tuna?

Fish out of a can tastes bad. Also, mercury levels are higher in large fish like tuna. Other than that, I could not think of a reason you'd switch.
