    Spring Break Prep

    Spring Break is about 3 weeks away and its time to really make the changes to my diet and exercise plan. Im still in great shape and pretty much ready to go except that I want to cut back for the beach body that most try to attain. Just wondering if anyone has any tips of their own or thoughts on it?

    Drink lots of water and start tanning. When it's beach time, cut back on the water intake and you should be good and ripped.

    Do lots of cardio and cut back on calories... get a good diet going with good foods... 3 weeks strict and you can make some definite changes.
