Based upon your pictures, there's no way you are even close to 5% bf. Your bf isn't in the single digits. How did you come up with that number? Just concentrate on losing fat. You can't dictate where it will come from. Also, you should be doing lots of compound exercises - squats, deads, pull ups, military press, bench press. Your legs in particular need a lot of work. Good luck.

This. Whoever said you were 5%, never believe another word out of his mouth because he obviously has no idea what he's doing.
There's nothing abnormal about that fat by your armpit. You're just not all that lean. You're not fat either, so just decide what you want to do, cut or bulk. You can lose fat all over and get ripped, but you'll be small, especially your legs, or you can just start bulking and add muscle before cutting down.

I'm sure others have said and I'm also not sure if you are listening, but you are not 5% BF not in a million years. Yoyre probably about 12-14%.
The machines that tell you your BF are useless and wholly inaccurate, when i was 20% BF a machine was telling me i was 8%. They are not right! My NEW JUNE 2014 progress thread is here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=162264051&p=1252549041#post1252549041
