need help determining body fat %

what percent am I? caliper says around 9.5% measurements say 11.5%

not sure if its loose skin or fat right around my tummy area, but it's not going away

I am
5' 9.5" 155 lb(morning weight) and 158lb evening
waist 30"

If I had to guess I would say 10%.
