Sweet Potato Fries Everyday... Yay or Nay

I'm thinking of buying a potato slicer so I can make sweet potato fries. I'd like to make them everyday or every other day.

    Recipe

    1. Cut the sweet potato into fries
    2. Place fries on a cookie sheet and spray with Pam (Olive Oil Flavor)
    3. Bake at 400 degrees until crispy.

Do you think that eating these everyday will be bad if I'm trying to cut weight?

It's perfectly fine. The Pam spray has very little calories, so it's just like eating plain sweet potatoes. I actually really like this idea.. maybe throw some herbs on them also. I'm writing this down! As long as it fits into your caloric range, A+ idea.

Because of the water content yams and sweet potatoes won't crisp up the way regular potatoes do...

But they'll still taste bloody amazing. So go for it.
