yo.

gonna start cutting for scottish opens this week im roughly 205 lbs at the moment. i think im quite lean too maybe inbetweeen 12-16 % BF.

This is what i think my diet will look like, although id be very appreciative of any advice anyones willing to give!


Meal 1- 75g porridge, 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, bannana: 35 protein.46g carbs.12g fat.

Meal 2/post workout- protein shake with waxy maize starch, bannana. 50g protein. 35 carbs. 2g fat

Meal 3- 250g turkey/chicken, 250 g brown rice/sweet potatoes, green veg. 60g protein. 52g carbs. 5g fat

Meal 4- protein shake, apple. 40g protein. 5g fat. 20g carbs


Meal 5-250g chicken/fish/steak, 250g brown rice, green veg. 60g protein, carbs 48g. fat 10g


Meal 6- 300g low fat cottage cheese. protein 34g. carbs 15g. fat 3g



Total protein:288. Total carbs:220g. Total fat: 49g


What does everyone think? anything im missing out on ?
