It's a law class. We were talking about how you can shoot someone in Texas for coming on your property even if they didnt pose any threat to you. You can kick out your tenants forcefully etc.
he goes in "Texas they don't do things like humans. Try doing things like this in NY adn see what happens."

It sounds to me like the Texan dream is to get some trespasser on your property just so you can legally shoot someone to death
I'm half kidding brahs, no negs. I'd like to visit the place myself, they like guns beef and football which is alright in my books. Just commenting a few of their practices seem a bit extreme..

Another Texas vs US thread.
I kind of see Texans as a little... extreme when it comes to guns, gun control, and the like.
It does honestly seem like most people want to move to Texas to be legally able to shoot somone if they touch your front lawn.
in b4 someone counteracts my arguement with a "u mad?" instead of actually providing statistics on how Texas is superior.

its less to allow us to kill trespassers, and more of a warning and prophylactic. If you thought you might get shot by going into someone's house(which you obviously know you shouldn't be doing in the first place), you're a lot less likely to do so than if the threat was house arrest or something to that effect.
