ok i have desided to do a keto diet with some cardio a couple times a week to drop a few BF% before summer. I just bought a bunch of hamberger and turkergerger pattys. I was thinking of haveing meals like this.

10am hamburger patty 2 eggs and cheese

12am turkey patty 2 egss cheese

2pm. chicken breast 2 eggs cheese

4pm 2 hamber patties and cheese

    6pm turkey omlet

something like that and carb up friday after noon through midnight saturday with brown rice and salads,,,, stuff like that.
i am sure this is full of holes but any advice you can give me would be appreciated.

    wow thats alot of patties,
maybe you could add other things in your list such as: tuna, olive oil, flax oil, natural peanut butter, bacon, full fat mayo, macadamia nuts(mMmm)
Just make sure that there's no hidden carbs or anything to hinder ketosis

I really want to loose as much wieght as possoble in about 2-4 weeks, I want to do a trans derm cycle but don't want to look like a fat @ss.

    yeah right

wow mate, dont know about you, but there is somethign called cutting phase, which is performed about 3 months before your target date. This is, for summer, you should have started your cutting up around beggining of march if not even before. Now, with one month ahead, you are not gonna get much unless you are already quite trimmed and you only want to shift your bodyfat around 2 to 3% maximum.
I find funny those people who suddenly see they dont fit on their last years summer trunks and seeing summer is near,go on a quest for a Diet Coke model type of body, which of course doesnt work.
Buddy, forget about this summer, work hard for a year, and then, see the results next summer.

thanks a lot Canarian Roy you offered zero usefull information. I find funny those people who suddenly see a thread then reply with **** that is absolutly useless.

I am not trying to cut to 5,6,or 7% here, just somthing like 10 or 11. I am guessing that i am around 14-16 right now

hmmm well since you're just starting, its best not to eat zero carbs for the first few days to speed up ketosis, but alot of people think 30 grams of carb is acceptable and will not affect ketosis. As for how much carbs you should eat on carb up days, you should really read the keto articles in the nutrition or keto area's. hmmm an ideal amount of fat loss in 4 weeks should be 8 pounds of fat, but there are many factors that may make the outcome much different depending on nutrition/cardio and probably sleep.... you should DEFINETELY get natural peanut butter, mine has close 16 grams of fat and 10 grams of protein per 2 tablespoons and its much healthier

You really could do with some green veg in there such as broccoli, spinach and celery otherwise your setting yourself up for some serious constipation sessions

What about postworkout nutrition you planning on a whey/dextrose shake with water?

Also just out of curiosity how come so much time between your last and first meals?

    Talking

Remember, ketogenics entail a high fat, high protein and low carb diet. If you don't get enough fat, your body will go after your muscle tissue to convert to glyogen. It will take your body about 2-3 weeks to convert to full burn of fat as energy. This is after your brain hunts down the last bit of glyogen stored in your muscle tissue and liver. You can pick up a product called KetStix at the pharmacy. It will tell you how much ketones are in your system. The more ketones, the more fat you are burning. It's a little plastic stick you pee on. It will change color depending on how far into ketosis you are. 1st 2 weeks are a bear. Olfactory hallucinations of pizza, donuts anything carbish. Lethargy and mentally drained feeling will go away after about 2 weeks as well.
On top of that you will want to get into arguements alot for no reason. This is o.k. I plateaued on fat depletion after about 2-3 months. I ate lots of high fat foods.

Bump on chimp's advice of green veggies. Otherwise going to the bathroom will be like giving birth. Not to mention you could use the micronutrients from it. Broccoli and Spinach both rock in that department, particularly since you can melt cheese on them.
