Servings/grams of whey protein in a cup???????

I'm trying to find exactly how much protein there is in something I make. It calls for 1 cup of protein. So, how many servings of protein (1 serving = 30 grams. EAS Whey) would there be in 1 cup.
I've searched online and couldn't find anything, but I was wondering if anybody here new from experience or could guess.
    Lift: Current(Goals)
    Bench: 285 (315)
    Squat: 365 (400)
    Deadlift: 390 (a lot more)

Thanks. I just realized I could just scoop the protein into a measuring cup and see
