I find myself looking forward to having my oats every single day. Most of the time its my favorite meal of the day and over the past few months i've come up with some pretty tasty creations but I thought that I might start a thread for this staple of my diet. So post up your oats, what you put in them, and possibly even some macros.
Here are a few i've made in the past few weeks that came out really tasty.
Crunchy Chocolate Oats. Contains 3/4 cup of oats, 3 scoops of GNC Complex chocolate whey, 1/4 cup of milk, vanilla extract, Equal sweetener, 1/2 cup of peanut butter Puffins, some Nature's Best peanut butter granola sprinkled over top, and topped with Walden's chocolate sauce. Macros ended up being 731 calories (13.4 grams of fat, 96.9 grams of carbs, and 66.6 grams of protein).
Chocolate Baked Cinnamon Apple Oats. Contains 3/4 cups of oats, 3 scoops of GNC Complex chocolate whey, 1/4 cup of milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, Equal sweetener, 1/4 cup of cinnamon Puffins, and 1/2 a baked apple, and topped with Walden's chocolate sauce. Macros ended up being 647 calories (9.8 grams of fat, 88.3 grams of carbs, and 63.5 grams of protein)

Finally got a chance to try the new whey after my chest workout tonight. I call this one the Peanut Butter Crisp Oats. Combined 3/4 cups of oats, 2 1/2 scoops of Ultra Peptide Chocolate Peanut Butter whey, and sprinkled with some toasted peanut butter granola. Can't say I was too terribly impressed with the whey flavor in oats, maybe better in a shake where the protein taste is more exposed. Wasn't bad by any means, just not as good as I was expecting after all the hype. Didn't have any vanilla extract left to put in there though so that might have had something to do with it. Final macros for these oats came to 701 calories (16 grams of fat, 71.1 grams of carbs, and 69.6 grams of protein)
