Well I have no problem usually drinking protein expired a month or two, but is there any threat in drinking a tub that is exactly 1 year expired - Yet hasn't even been opened?
Reps for help!
Thanks!

Personally, I'd ditch it. Since it's loaded with carbs and fat, some degree of Maillard reactions with the carbs and aminos and oxidation of the fats have probably occured by now all of which would reduce the nutritional quality.
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
