    How do you know if you need a refeed?

    How do you know when you need a refeed? I am eating low calories 1500 right now and my bmr without activity is 1790 and with activity is about 2400. Do you need it when your weight plateaus or strength? My strength has stayed the same ever since I started my cut, I still lift heavy doing rippetoes. My weight two weeks ago stalled but this week I have lost almost 2 pounds. Should I bother with a refeed or wait for more stalling or should I have a refeed so I never encounter the stalling again?

    I suggest one a week just to be safe. Try that out and see how it works for a while.

    And then if that doesn't work, increase to two days. That's what I learned in "A Flexible Guide to Dieting" by Lyle McDonald.
