    Adding LISS cardio

    Hi there,

    To shed the last few pounds of fat, I would like to add some cardio to my routine. This would mean a 50 minute workout before breakfast. (30 minutes LISS, 20 minutes shovelglove)

    Is this a good idea or can I expect to loose muscle when doing this?

    Why would you lose muscle doing this? Unless you are under 5% bodyfat or in a horrific calorie deficit, LISS is not going to endanger your muscles. The human body is designed to be active.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

    Excellent. Just what I wanted/hoped to hear. I did 30 minutes of parking lot lapses this morning and feel awesome for it. Unlike most people, I actually do like cardio I guess. As long as I have good music to enjoy.
