I am 4 months away from my wedding and I want to start my first real cut program(want to lose about 25lbs total, 208 to about 185). I have read up on the latest fat burners and have decided on Animal Cuts. The last time I took a fat burner(Atrophex) it royally screwed up my stomach(heart burn, after taste). Should I expect similar side effects from Animal Cuts? I read on another thread that a slow digesting protein can help with the heart burn. The only protein supplement I use currently is the Myoplex RTD 42gm (I eat chicken breast twice a day for the remaining bulk of my protein intake). Recommendations on a slow digesting protein? I really like RTDs (convenience and taste) if that makes a difference.
I also currently take NO-Xplode, Nitrix, and Cell Mass. I know for cutting up to cut out the Cell Mass, but should I also stop taking Nitrix and NO-Xplode as well? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Make sure you are getting plenty of water with the Animal cuts and an electrolyte replacement. Your body has to have the water to remove the fat and toxins that are being released. I would also throw in a good fish oil.

Thanks!
I drink a gallon of water a day(one of those guys that carry around a full jug). Is that enough? What type of electrolyte replacement? Would G2 be ok? I already take fish oil capsules, grocery store generic ones though. Should I invest more into F.O.? The ones I take now are 1,000mg(take 2 a day).ACE: Certified Personal Trainer

g2 is good, but I like powerade zero more because it has electrolytes and zero calories.
Drink it post workout to help replenish electrolytes after a good sweat.EBOL/CBOL/Bioforge log (completed):

You want to get a fish oil that is at least 50% EPA/DHA of the total size.
As far as the electrolyte products here are some reviews you may find interesting...

There is no clear indication of how much omega 3 fatty acids are needed for good health, or how much becomes dangerous to the body. Many studies use daily omega 3 dosages of at least 3 grams (combined DHA and EPA). There are studies, however, which use a lot more and a lot less. Personally I would start around 1200mg and work my way up in small doses. This way you can see how your body reacts, and you can adjust accordingly.
