Hey everybody I leave for boot camp on May 17th and I am beginning the process of becoming a physical training freak before I leave for Parris Island. I am posting in this section because both the Marine corps and MMA are probably the most physically demanding organizations.

my advice - dont join (infantry atleast)
but if you insist,
honestly dont worry about it. just be able to run 3 miles in under 22min and youll be fine pretty much, and try to knock out atleast 15 pullups and getting the 100 crunches are easy.
the key to pullups is frequency. "grease the groove" just do a max set of pullups every day, multiple times a day.
boot camp will get you into shape through their diet and exercise
