Weirdest Exercise You've Seen People Doing?

    at your gym?

People at mine seem to be immensely fond of these bizarre, utterly useless core things. There are dozens of variations on the same madness, but one example I've seen involved someone lying on a yoga mat, a small exercise ball under their butt, and moving their fingers forwards and backwards while wiggling them side to side. They did this for at least 2 minutes.

    Exclamation

I seen a guy do a form of squats that couldnt be good for you. He would load up the weight, than completely bend his legs (pretty much free fall) to where the weight looked as if it was going to crush him, than he slowly stood back up. The first time I seen it I thought his legs buckled, but he repeated the same thing for the duration of the set!
