Anyone ever try it? My buddy said he's been doing it for a few sessions, 10 reps each, and loves it. He wants me to try it tomorrow. Seems like it would be a little dangerous, since the form is so different.

Surely you couldn't go at maximal or near maximal workload for both? Maybe work if its low weight for endurance or something?

The biggest secret in life is not that we go through life discovering ourselves but that we go through life creating our selves. Think about that.

Yeah, I might give it a try tomorrow. He has pretty crazy recovery, so I think he's been doing this for a few weeks straight (1Xwk.). I agree, though. It's not something I would want to try every week.
Yeah, we would definitely go lower on the weight. I don't think he's been going more than 50% of max. We are trying to treat our leg sessions as carido sessions, too (tis the season for cutting, after all).
EDIT: Point of clarification. We do normally train together, but for scheduling reasons, we have missed the past few leg sessions and have had to do them solo.Last edited by JC-orginalbdass; 03-02-2010 at 12:36 PM.
