One of my regular complaints about my planet fitness is that they only have DB's up to 75 lbs, and I'd like to have more for benching, rowing, etc. Well yesterday I walked up the stairs and saw that the storage room door was open, which I had never witnessed before. I took a quick look inside and saw all of the DB's between 75 and 100....wth. They seriously have the dumbbells right there, but refuse to put them out for us to use? I have a few questions to ask the manager next time I see him. This concludes my 1264th rant about how much i hate my gym.
Cliffs:
Planet fitness sucks
They hide DB's over 75 in storage room
I rage

... This is the same chain who installed "lunk alarms" I believe... I have a strong feeling that they're not very bodybuilding friendly.
If you have any serious interest in bodybuilding, I'd suggest elsewhere hahaPersonal Journal

u should do this, bring a friend to videotape u and if they try to kick u out or give u **** throw a dumbell at the mirror, flip a bench over, and throw a trashcan across the gym then as you walk out out ur hand up in the air and flip everyone off and then throw another trash can as u walk out

DBs up to 150lb at campus gym, only use them for 1 arm rows and things.
DBs up to 80lb at gym near where i live lol, srs fail.
DBs have to go up to 110 really, that is a good enough weight to be able to train properly, well for DB bench, not much for rows or shrugs though but who the hell uses DBs for shrugs-///M-

we do the same thing at my work(YMCA). we have 80, 90, 95, and 120's in the storate room. they only bring them out if someone specifically asks for them, because we have alot of retarded teens that try doing stupid **** with them and can seriously injure themselves. we dont want to be responsible for those dumb****s, so thats why we keep em in a seperate room.
please respond
