I'm no expert by any means but I'd guestimate around 14-15%.

thx holly i was 210 cut to 140 bulked to about 180 coming off now
going to stop when abs pop out hopefully 10 weeks

Noticable difference keep losing the fat slowly so you dont lose much mass man

deffinatley more deffinition on your chest aswell, just curious about your chest though, one pec seems to have a straight line on the inner part yet the other has more of a curve to it :/ lol

no hate just sayin bro, looking good though (no homo)

thank you u look riduculously awsome. I have some skin n fat left over from the 80lbs initially weight loss but its looking good. I have 2 phases left phase 4 10% bf then 7%.

Are you not using caliper measurements?

(that being said I definitely do see a change; always hard to tell the difference between lightning, flexing,etc. - but if youre not fooling yourself intentionally there most likely is a nice difference!)
