So, I typically go for a 30- 60 minute run on my rest days (And save me the lectures that 20 minute high intensity interval training is better for burning fat, blah blah, I'll take a nice long run on a beautiful trail in the forest over a stupid treadmill or elliptical at the gym any day of the week). I normally load up on fast carbs and whey before and after weight workouts, but Im trying to figure out what I should load up on for cardio? I'm thinking slow carbs and whey before and maybe just whey after? Thoughts?
