    *Non-Creatine* Pre-workout formula

    Whats up, fellow bodybuilding enthusiasts.

Im looking for a great pre-workout formula...to get me a bit more intensity in my workouts. I work out early in the AM, before work...so sometimes I get to the gym a bit uninspired. But here's the catch, Im not a fan of creatine...as I have friends who have had bad experiences with it. I've done some research on it and it just doesnt sound like something for me. Now..it's february, therefor, I'm getting to my cutting stage. Im already taking Isopure as a Protein and Jetfuel Pyro as my fatburner. Im just missing a pre-workout formula to give me that boost in the morning.

    HELP!!!

A lot of them are former college football players who didnt stop, but slowed down their workout routine after college. And Their cuts have greatly diminished, not to mention that "flabby" look from the water storage in the muscles.

Most football players tend to lose their figure after they are finished simply because they are eating the same and not working out as hard as they used to when they were extremely active athletes. My first year out of college was the first time I didn't have a sixpack, but this is because I wasn't doing hill runs and speed drills everyday (I was still lifting.) So I wouldn't put the lose in mass and "flabby" look on creatine use. I still use creatine and am slowly getting back in shape. Regardless, if you are set on not using it, I personally LOVE white flood by controlled labs. Great NO product.

I love my Anadraulic Pump. Stim free and creatine free. Since I have so much caffeine on my own, White Flood, NO Xplode, and Monster Pump didnt do ANYTHING for me. NO beta wasnt much better.

I don't think creatine is the culprit to their experiences but Motivate, E-Pharm Clearshot, or Focus XT would be solid choices without creatine.

MAN Body Octane is a stim-free, creatine-free pre-workout energizer that aids greatly in aerobic endurance, recovery and suppressing lactic acid. Plus it is a non-proprietary formula so you know exactly how much of each ingredient you are getting. Of course it is not going to jack you up like a ton of stims, but that is not the goal of this product. If you want more smooth clean energy with a ton of focus, look into MAN SWAGGER.

For a non-Creatine preworkout look into Foucs XT. It helps me get going in the morning and last a while w/no crash.

Checkout the link below for the ingredients if you are interested.

I know there are some capsule version of preworkout products that dont have creatine. Reason being is because they cant get eneough creatine in capsules to make it effective without taking like 20 caps. Who wants to do that?
