i weigh around 145-150 right now depending on what time of the day it is. its still wrestling season so my weight does float around. i was wondering for a person my size and weight, how mcuh carbs for me is low carb, moderate carb or high carb? an athletic trainer gave me a formula for figuring my preffered carb intake amount but i forgot. thanks for the input
