Well i started workout out recently and deciding i want the bulk lookrather than cut i relize now to stop using cardio in my workouts and eat more carbs/callories but its hard sticking down all the callories inoneday so i'm looking for a weight gainer anyc hoices?

You really have to ask yourself "how bad do i want this". Realize we push our bodies as best we can, and force the food (although i enjoy eating so its not an issue) and watch out diets. Pre packaging food can really help with this. Dont rely on shakes alone. I did enjoy Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Lean Gainer i would do one once a day with my diet.

If you can't eat alot in one sitting, than try eating more times through out the day. This helps me a great deal. At least this way, you can get your calories necessary for adding mass. But the downside is you'll just be eating most of the day.
If you want to try a gainer, look into Universal RealGains. Great product/profile for a good price.I would rather have a German division in front of me than a French division behind me.

real mass did wounders for me seeing i cant eat as much as i like to because of work. also u can make your own at home. peanut butter oats banana ect... a lot of info on home made gainers. just do a search
