Supplement Company Transformations And Contests Rules

This Sub forum will be a great place for companies to place Transformation and contests Threads. This way we can have them all under one forum and not scattered all
Over the place.

The rules are simple.


1. All companies are allowed to have threads here, but they must be for threads where our members win prizes.

2. Work Out journals are required for the prizes.

3. Off Topic discussion will not be allowed in this forum. We have plenty of other area's for this. Those threads will be deleted.

Some other random thoughts:

Companies may PM me or a mod with threads that need to be moved here.

Rules that need to be stuck for your company, just let me or a mod know.

This is different than the Sponsored Supplement WO journals as members are competing for prizes.
