hmm Ive never seen a black person with down syndrome either, guess they dont have incest. Matter fact out of all the races, ive only seen white people with downs.

no one knows for sure but blacks and hispanics tend to have less cases of down syndrome. also, there are more boys with down syndrome than girls. its just one of those things
