Is their any things other than creatine, whey, multivitamin that you reccommend?

I have the natural whey, creatine, and a multivitamin. Is there anything else you reccomend or what you take? Such things as glutamine, nitric oxide, vitamin c, l-arginine, bcaa's, fish oil?

WEll for your age you could stick with a good diet and protien without creatine your losing a little strength loss but you wont add water weight and you will save money. Best of luck.

You cant supplement with nitric oxide directly, arginine is pretty much been proven bunk for nitric oxide.

Glutamine is good for your immune system, GI tract.

Vitamin C, BCAA's, fish oil, would be good additions.

Add the fish oil and you have a solid supplement regimen.

    Wrong. Creatine holds intracellular water.
