OxyELITE Pro 1,3 Dimeth question

I have a weird reaction when I take jack3d pre work out. I'm pretty sure it's the 1,3 dimeth making me crash really hard. I noticed OxyELITE Pro has that listed in the ingredients (as other fat burners) and was curious to see if i would hold the same effect as taking Jack3d.

I have the same reaction if I use too much jack3d or cryoshock or any 1,3 dimeth product.

I've noticed capped products with 1,3 dimeth have less of this effect, probably because they hit slower and softer.

But then I also don't get any of the positive bonuses from the 1,3 dimeth either... so eh... wish companies would make products without it, it seems like every product on the market has it in there these days.

Thanks Ben. I've noticed a ton of new supplements with the 1,3 dimeth craze as well. My friend gets such focus and energy from it, I get mentally/physically wrecked.

The stuff makes a product unusable for me. Though in tablet form I'd not be quite as worried about it as in powdered form.

Agree. I didn't crash from cryoshock. Also only took one scoop and it might not have higher levels of 1,3 than jack3d.

I've just heard nothing but solid reviews and I really didn't want to be 'foggy' from it.

1.5 scoops Jack3d is fine for me, don't crash from it really (maybe only a tiny bit after a few hours but it's just a little bit of tired feeling, not a bad crash). 1 scoop of Cryo is the same. 2 scoops of Cryo kills me after 60-90 minutes. 2 scoops of jack3d starts getting bad.

Phenadrine would get me with 2 caps.

Maximize gave me a small crash with a sample packet.

Just in case anyone else was wondering/has the same problem:
Oxyelite did make me crash, just as jack3d has. Damn 1,3 dimeth.
