    Weight loss plateau

I've reached a weight loss plateau. I'm 190 pounds and 6 feet tall. I eat a very very strict diet and cant seem to lose the last 5-10 pounds to get really cut. I lift five days a week (Chest, back, legs, shoulders, bis and tris) and do cardio at least 20 min a day for 5-7 days. My diet almost every day is the following:

    Breakfast
5 egg whites and 1 yolk
1 package weight control banna nut oatmeal
    cup of coffee, no sweetener

    snack-half handful of almonds

    lunch
1 turkey salad-all veggies, no cheese with fat free italian dressing
    1 apple

    snack
    handful of carrots

    dinner
    2 cans of tuna
2 pieces of whole wheat bread
    package of steamable veggies

    or salad again

    before bed
    1 container of yogurt

any suggestions on how to lose the last bit of weight I need for spring break?

How long have you been at the same weight? Your calories certainly look low enough by guesstimation, but do you estimate/count daily calories currently?

I would take a break for a week and eat at maintenance. Then go back to your diet. You'll most likely start losing weight again. It always works for me.
