Hello everyone, I'm 19 years old and I've been trying to lose weight for the past 3 weeks. I've managed to break my lazy habits slightly and have been excersing for an average of 30 minutes each day. This is basically me in an empty room in my basement running around it.
I feel better excersing but I really hate having man boobs - is there a specific way to target chest fat? I've tried pushups but I really suck at them for them to be effective.

you lose fat in layers over your entire body. you cannot spot reduce fat
the only way to lose fat in your chest is to lower your overall bodyfat
you could try developing your pecs more but that would neither reduce fat in the area or make them smaller. but would give them a more manly shapeVegan

how tall are you and whats your weight?
Im 3.5 weeks into my cut and the fat has been melting off and my manboobs have gotten noticably less in size (as well as everywhere)
think of losing fat as losing a layer of an onion slowly
Just remember in order for your body to use the fat stores you have, you have to eat LESS than what you burn throughout the day- if you don't do that, you will not lose fat.

i used to have them as well, it sucks
to lose them you have to drop body fat, period. like others have said.
but i was scared that i would have a lot of loose skin on my chest once i lost it,
so i really started training my upper chest and traps, so that they would fill out, and so that my nipple wouldnt hang down (disgusting), like it used to
but once i dropped enought fat (80+ pounds of fat) and put on mass in my upper body, it was hardly noticable.
imo just keep training, put on mass, lose fat, and dont worry too much on specific body parts, eventually everything will come in place and be proportional.
