    Talking Hwy2hottie's "The Review" - Double-T 09 Creadyl/NO-Beta

Christina?s/Hwy2hottie?s Review of the Double-T Sports 2009 Creadyl/NO-Beta Transformation Challenge Contest Review Summary

In early December 2009, my body was in a condition that was overcoming some horrible binging tendencies due to the loss of my mother. I was also in need of some muscular body frame changes. When I saw my body as lean as I could get it back in October of 2009, I realized my shoulders were small and my lats were almost nonexistent, especially for the body type. I wanted to be able to lift heavy to put on some good muscle mass so that when I cut the fat again, I would have a decent amount in these two areas. I figured since I had the extra weight, and a wonderful opportunity with Double T, I had a chance to see some serious results.

On December 7, 2009, I entered the Double T Sports Creadyl/NO-Beta Transformation Challenge, with intentions to put on some significant muscle mass and to cut body fat to show the hard work. I weighed in at 164, 25 pounds heavier than October 2009?s leanest me. My pictures showed evidence of the fat gain and water retainage, as well as some curves formed in all the wrong places. Going into the contest I was trying creatine for the first time and was unsure what a preworkout formula such as NO-Beta would do for me. But the effects were phenomenal!

I worked up to 5 pills of the NO-Beta in within the first week and became supercharged for my intense and strength-enhancing lifting sessions. I was amazed by the instant power I got within 10 minutes of taking the dosage. I was able to up the weight on my lifts with each set with starting reps at 15 and last set of 10 reps due to the prolonged pump the NO-Beta gives. Each week the weights I used went up by 5-10 pounds for any workout I did. I logged my workouts every day. The heavy lifting alone with the Creadyl and NO-Beta positively helped me build muscle and strength, but it also decreased body fat without intention!

One particular exercise improvement that intrigued me was assisted pull-ups. When I first started working out, I had to put the notch on the 120 mark. I have now gotten the notch down to only 25 pounds of assistance! I can FEEL my lats now as I pull my way up. And within that same workout, I?m doing pulldowns up to 100 pounds by 10 reps. My back has definitely grown to give me a great V shape and shows a great hourly glass figure making my waistline smaller.

Upon taking the Creadyl, I used the Orange Cream flavor and developed a craving for the taste after the first week. I worked up my dosage to 1 scoop with 16 oz of water twice a day. I did not sense any excess water retainage, and in my mind I was feeding those growing muscles so using it regularly was never a challenge. Keeping it in my gym bag with an empty water bottle made the dosage a daily routine at the gym.

Midway through the challenge, I began to change my diet to support body fat loss, and increased cardio to attempt cutting so that the wonderful muscle growth would be visually evident. Diet is a challenging factor and sensitively changes one?s strength, condition, and look. I made several changes to my diet to find the best one that worked for me, while continuously taking the NO-Beta and Creadyl, and still my weight remained the same by Week 10. HOWEVER, I have doubled to tripled my lifting power, my shoulders and lats have been built up, and my curves are in all the right places! Even with a heel injury that occurred at 6 weeks in, I kept going and kept changing. From mid to the end of the challenge I grew fond of this wonderful NO-Beta product. The difference of power one feels for a workout is like a Schwinn to a Harley! I am so happy that I took a chance as a woman to try these products commonly used by male bodybuilders. When a girl can go from doing 15 pound Arnold shoulder presses to 40 pound shoulder presses within 10 weeks, Double T gets the credit!

If someone to were to approach me for advice on how to grow some muscle mass, I would not hesitate to recommend Double T?s NO-Beta and Creadyl. I, in fact would love to start another cycle once I get my body fat to a level that I am able to work with. I will not stop enjoying the incredible lifting power I have attained and the body that the challenge has helped me achieve. Without the motivation of the contest and without these two quality products, I would still be trying to take the next step. Now I am able to focus on the fine-tuning because the beautiful build is on me now! The incredible support system demonstrated by the Double T team throughout the contest was above expectations and the amazing peer-cheering was a definite motivator.

Thank you Double T, for the opportunity to get my body back, and giving me the tools to make my body stronger, firmer, and HOTTER!

    Christina
