lookin good man.. you might wanna go ahead and start cutting.. you'd prolly need to shed about 30 lbs to get pretty lean.. and that's a lot of weight.. if u continue to bulk it'll be closer to 40 lbs and no one wants to cut that long.. so i say it's time to get shredded

Was the 1st picture as a result of a bulk or had you just stopped training and put on some weight? Great progress.

OP, excuse all the fukn retards in this thread. You've really done a great job not only cutting all that fat but putting on a good amount of muscle. You aren't that far off from abs, def. not 30 lbs. Keep doing what you're doing because it's definitely working. One thing I've learned around here, never take advice from someone that looks worse or smaller than you.

obviously you are calling me out.. i'm not dogging him.. i've told him he's doing a good job.. no one has said one negative thing about him..
but yes.. he is about thirty lbs away from abs.. maybe only 15 from seeing some abs.. but 30 lbs from having a GOOD set of abs.. i'm no pro.. but my body definitely doesn't look bad.. my avatar is three years old... broInstagram: thomas_poucher

oh and the whole thing about "not taking advice from someone that is smaller than you"... dumbest thing i've ever heard... so the pros shouldn't take advice from charles glass?...... point made.. yeah even pro's have to be told what to eat.. when to eat it.. what to lift.. and how to lift it... someone's body may have zero correlation with their knowledge

holy **** amazing transformation, its funny how peoples faces change when they lose weight.. awesome inspiration, any guide on what you did to get where your at??,
i mean when you were really fat - did you
cut - then get skinny
then bulk to get muscle
then cut again
or did you bulk whilst you were fat, and then just cut?

good stuff man you'll look great at that weight.. dont be too concerned with what the scale says.. it cuts a lot of ppl's cuts short.. i was up to 200 and thought i'd never go under 185... well i'm prolly going to have to cut down to 170.. but i promise you i'll look a lot bigger at 170 than i did at 185

Thanks for the neg ashole. I really didn't know what he wanted to know which is why I said AND?. Sometimes people want to know different things about their pics. You really are quite the righteous one assuming everyone is out to be negative (says a lot about who you are). Thanks again. Keep up the good work. Happy policing
And OP, obviously you wanted feedback (I wasn't sure what kind you were looking for). Nice job. Keep it up. I was 20 lbs over weight a year ago. Since then I lost it and put on 15lbs of muscle. All the bestLast edited by pharmamarketer; 02-16-2010 at 06:53 AM.
