    Your thoughts on cut progress

I have been cutting since August 5. I started lifting and cardio around November 20. I am down 70 pounds from 280 to 210 at 5'9. I have lost roughly 20% body fat. According to my calculation most of my loss has been fat. In your opinions how is my progress, Is it to fast or am losing at a safe speed? I am concerned about loose skin mainly. Any and all thoughts are appreciated. thanks

Im certain as long as its fat there should be no problem and even if there is your lifting so it should tone up.

I think he's sayin that as long as you're not losing muscle you should be fine. If your strength has dropped a lot then you're probably burning up some muscle which is not good. You wanna burn fat and keep the muscle. More muscle burns more cals which makes you leaner and your cut more successful.

Being a male is a matter of birth. However, being a "man" is a matter of choice.
