To everyone wondering what 3% bf looks like, it is this...
Once you go below the 4-5% (5% in particular) your body starts using the visceral fat (the healthy fat EVERY PERSON ON THIS PLANET NEEDS!) and the body starts starving the organs.
A lot of the body builders you see claiming 4% are usually 6%. Going below 6% is considered unhealthy even for experienced people.Fitness Journal:
