    Supplements timing guide help

I am going back to school in September. Pretty much monday- friday 10:30-late. The only time to get a workout in is in the mornings.
I already have a time schedule set up.
Wake up at 7am and take 1 BSN hyper shred pill and 1 scoop of mutant mayhem.

7:30 breakfast ( peanut butter toast with either 2 scoops of 100% gold with water)
    8 hit the gym
    9 finish workout+ cardio
915 am come home take either 2 scoop of mutant mass or 2 scoop of 100% gold with water and a tblspoon of allmax creapure creatine

later on in the day take two more scoop of mutant mass

An suggestions to improve or let me know it is fine

Timing isn't all that relevant. Head to nutrition section and read stickies in macro nutrient calculator. Figure out your macros. Whey and gainers are only to "supplement" your diet. If you're trying to bulk add 500-700 calories on top.

    ^Pretty much this.

Eat/Supplement depending on YOUR schedule, but thinking that your body will go catabolic and won't make the most use if you don't eat at specific times is a myth.
