I find it hard to stomach down tuna but its cheap and its effective and really I think 1 can a day makes my diet that much better.
However I am currently having trouble finding ways to make it not awful. I have been making tuna salad and while this is good I can only eat it in a sandwich or on crackers (not sure if the carbs here at lunch should be avoided or not) currently I am avoiding the carbs at lunch so I am forcing myself to down the tuna on its own.
Are there any decent quick ways to make it easier to stomach?

Regular, low fat, or no fat mayo (depending on your macros).
Same goes for BBQ sauce. Walden Farms makes pretty good 0 cal bbq sauces.
I also throw in little bits of iceberg lettuce, and I enjoy it when everything is really cold. But that might be just me.
Again depending on your macronutrient and caloric needs, but throwing in lettuce and a wrap can make a nice tuna wrap.

mine is really simple : 1 can of tuna, 2 spoon of light mayonese, oignons chopped in small pieces. mix everything up ; all in 2 slice of whole wheat bread( toasted).
it takes 5min do to and its delicious.“Procrastination most often arises from a sense that there is too much to do, and hence no single aspect of the to-do worth doing. . . . Underneath this rather antic form of action-as-inaction is the much more unsettling question whether anything is worth doing at all.” Mark Kingwell

Cut up a cup of Broccoli into small pieces
Cut up 1 spring onion into pieces as well
Open 2 cans of tuna in water and drain the water
In a blender, break two full eggs and add 2 eggwhites
Throw in the tuna, broccoli and spring onion.
Add some seasalt or.... if you have it, 2 teaspoons of "The Keg" steak seasoning.
Blend everything till it's smooth.
Heat a skillet with Pam or Olive oil.
Throw in your mix and fry like an omelet.
Enjoy.... the tuna is now barely noticable, there's 60Grams of protein in here.
Add Olive oil, bacon, etc if you want some fat in there or fry it with cubes of red potatoe to make it more like a full meal.
