    Creatine with a cold...

    I?ve just started my first ?Loading? phase with Creatine, and about 3 days in I?ve come down with a bad cold.

    I expect that I?ll be fit to go back to the gym in a week or so (hopefully less), but I?m not sure what to do re: the Creatine. Should I stop and then start again once I have my routine going? Or should I just keep going even though I?m not working out?

    just keep with it, it wont hurt anything just drink plenty of water

    I dont think it really matters if you have a cold or not, just remember to drink like a gallon of water each day though.
