as long as we are in calorie defecit,
we dont gain weight?
lets say i need to eat 2400 a day and 1 sneakers bar is 300
so i eat 8 candy bars a day for a week
and im not gaining any fat or weight??????????

theoretically, sure...cals in cals out. However, I have a feeling you'd be feeling ABSOLUTELY miserable...
No matter what we eat though, water weight fluctuates daily. Also, eating junk like that, and only junk may make you LOOK awful even if your weight doesn't change...

I think you'd live, snickers has peanuts which have some fats, some protein, definitely has some carbs. Why I felt I had to mentions snickers has peanuts is beyond me.

im not saying im doing this stupid thing
just wondering eating sugars and fattening candy bars but keeping it under calorie defecit will make me fat or not
i thought it will make me gaining weight cuz it has tons of sugars and other ****tts
but i guess i was wrong.
no ganing fat if under calorie defecit
