Honestly, I am so glad I'm not the only one that can devour an entire box of breakfast cereal, not lying either....Captain Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Frosted Flakes, Fruity or Cocoa Pebbles. I keep them out of the house which is really hard cause I have two young boys. I can't control myself if any of those are in the house.
I think I might need to do a cereal binge this weekend

I am right there with both of you! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE cereal and could eat any type, any time of the day, and an outrageous amount. I too have to keep them OUT of the house and if I do purchase cereal it is a "healhty" brand... sometimes I do splurge but I make it last in the pantry for quite some time.

Staples in my diet (usually eaten daily)
Egg whites
Cottage cheese
apples
raw cabbage/carrots/celery
ground flax
Whatever meat I have cooked, or ready to eat in a can (chicken, tuna, turkey, lean beef, lean ham)
Ok thats more then 6 but had a hard time deciding the most important..
some FAV foods I crave and need to be kept far far away from unless its a cheat meal!
Caramel sauce and candied walnuts on icecream
Macaroni with LOTS of gooey cheese sauce
frozen Dark chocolate
crispy pork sausages
Quaker harvest honey nut Granola, you know the type in the box that's like 230 cals for 1/3 a cup, tastes sooo good drenched in milk..funny thing is it never makes me full I only want to keep going back for more.
Butter-- on anything.. lets face it everything tastes awesome with butter"The word aerobics came about when the gym instructors got together and said, "If we're going to charge $10 an hour, we can't call it jumping up and down." ~Rita Rudner

The one food that keeps me sane on my diet is oatmeal with vanilla protein powder and cinnamon. Yum! It's better than cake.
Bodybuilding is not weight and repetitions; it’s resistance and absolute muscle failure. It’s not quantitative; it’s qualitative. It’s more mental than physical. It’s more control than rage. It’s the realization that you can always get bigger. ~ bodybuilding
